As former production builders, of over 350 homes, we understand the importance of quality construction and warranty follow-up. Our Work is guaranteed for one full year for defects in labor or materials. We respond immediately to any concern. An Additional 2/10 Home Buyer Warranty protects you for a full ten years. Merritt Custom Homes pays for a licensed inspector of your choosing prior to closing. The owners are available six days a week to offer you prompt, courteous service regarding any concern you have about your new home. Custom homes are not more expensive. Custom really means that you build the home you have always wanted, one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences you will ever have.
